In the style of a shawlette without the fuss of trying to keep it around your neck! This easy to wear cowl is designed to mimic the look of a shawl casually draped as a scarf. Learn the tricks of beginning lace to make this fantastic cowl. Students should arrive to class with section one of the pattern completed.

Embellish your knitting or even just your clothing with this very cool technique. You will learn the basics of needle felted embellishment. Bring an item to embellish or stop in for a free EKW felted purse pattern.

If you have mastered chaining, single crochet and double crochet you are ready for this perfect summer sweater. Constructed from the top down this cardigan can be customized as you go and does not need any seaming.

Cabled Boot Cuffs (1 Session) $20 – plus materials
Tuck these little cuffs in your boots and be stylish and warm. This class will teach you basic cables, the pattern is written and charted, a perfect way to learn to read a very basic chart. These will make a great holiday gift!
My First sweater (4 sessions) $55 – plus materials
This sweater looks great on everyone- choose from a wide range of sizes from x-small to xx-large. A perfect first sweater because there are no seams to sew together. and it looks impressive with a long color change yarn.
Drop Spindle Basics (1 Session) $15 – plus materials
Bring your drop spindle or get a custom EKW one and learn the basics of spinning. Choose from a lovely range of colors and learn everything you need to get started making your own custom yarns.
Intro To Knitting: (2 Sessions) $35 – plus materials
Learn the basics of knitting including cast on, knit and bind off. Students make a garter-stitch scarf or a felted bag. Call or come in to arrange a lesson.
Knitting Basics: (2 Sessions) $35 – plus materials
Further your knitting skills by learning to purl, increase and decrease. This is a great refresher class. Call or come in to arrange a lesson

Join us for our third store wide Knit-together. The theme for the summer is stained glass. Come in and see the three project that are inspired by stained glass. Wednesday nights 5-9 and Sunday afternoons 12-4 May through August Keep up with everyone’s progress on our website and Ravelry group.
